Tibetan Lama Gave Beautiful Blessing Ceremony and Medicine Buddha Empowerment in Northern Westchester
A full day of Tibetan ceremony took place on October 26, 2008 on the property of the Hammond Museum in North Salem, NY. Lama Lobsang Palden, a Tibetan Buddhist Rinpoche, performed a blessing in a traditional Tibetan ceremony for purification of karma and clearing negative obstacles to benefit all beings. Lama Lobsang Palden also bestowed the Medicine Buddha Empowerment and performed a Medicine Buddha puja during a workshop on Tibetan Healing. This ceremony included traditional prayers and torma offerings for purification, protection, healing and long life. He demonstrated techniques for healing body, mind and spirit, including sound, crystal, and energy healing. We are hoping to bring Lama Lobsang back to this area in the Spring and Fall to share more of his profound healing gifts with us. Please check back for upcoming dates and for more information.
