Sessions

Reiki sessions are usually one hour in length, provided on a massage table while the recipient is fully clothed. An initial session includes a confidential health inventory, discussion and recommended treatment plan. Sessions are offered, in a serene, peaceful setting for a truly relaxing experience. From art glass windows, there is a beautiful view of the Silvermine Brook. The space has a design that is influenced by Asian style as well as an arts and crafts decor to add to your healing experience.

In addition to traditional Usui and Karuna Reiki, JoAnn might incorporate other energy balancing techniques customized to your unique situation to provide the gentlest yet deepest healing experience possible.

Additional techniques include Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), cell memory technique, applied kinesiology, intuitive guidance and spiritual support.
